I left my light on at Ikea MK.
I called and explained the situation. I was told to wait up to 1 hour but got a text to say he would be with me at 4pm (45 mins after i called)

i only needed a jump start but all the same he was polite enough and arrived within 1 hour which is acceptable IMO.
