“Custom is the way to go!”

I ordered an Ultranote II model, with 1TB serial ATA and 60GB SSD. I chose no operating system, as I wanted to install my own and boot to the SSD. When I came to do this, it was really straight forward, as pcspecialist had already set the bios to do exactly that.

The only minor issue I had is that I was supplied with a Windows 8 driver disc, instead of Windows 7. But having phoned the very friendly customer service team, I was swiftly directed to the website where I could download all drivers from there. Handy.

So far, the laptop is great in every way. I actually like the fact that it's completely unbranded. I may buy decals later to jazz it up a bit.

No complaints at all. I'm very satisfied and would definitely buy from pcspecialist again in the future.
