“Excellent Customer Service”

I have booked with Holiday Gems before, but this time more people were involved in the booking the advisor took time to help me. It was a struggle to find what I wanted for ten people but the advisor took his time and went out of his way to help me. After a couple of hours of hard work we were finally booked. So I just want to say Thank you.
