“The best customer service I have received in a long time”

The customer service I received was exceptional. Booking the campervan was very easy and automated emails took me through it step by step. I did not have the second part to my driving licence, but that told me not to worry and my passport would do. Picking up the campervan was straightforward and the walk through was exceptional.

The holiday itself was fantastic and everything I hoped for. On the way home, we hit some heavy traffic which delayed us by two hours, we explained this to the company and a lady waited 45 minutes past closing so that I could return it without incurring further charges and losing a days work. I did try to offer her a little money to say thank you but she would not accept it and was very understanding of our situation.

All in all, motorholme hire ltd is a fantastic company, second to none in customer service and I would highly recommend you use this company if you wish to travel in style and luxury.
