“bad customer service and wouldn't go back or recommend ! ”

I started driving lessons with the aa as this was a birthday gift ! Started well at first and I really felt I was coming on great ! So I told my driving instructor I wanted more lessons ! Which he gave me at first for about 2 weeks ! Then he seemed to have afew holidays away ! Then he was too busy then more holidays ! Which meant my lessons were put on hold numberless time's ! I went from 1 lesson a week to two lessons a week for a few weeks then ! Nothing for 4 weeks ! So it was pretty plainly clear I was wasting my money and time ! So I phoned the aa to ask for a refund and was told they couldn't do any thing ! As he is self employed ! So I am still waiting for my refund !which has now been well over a week ! I feel I have wasted
