Booked a Car in Barcelona and this is for sure first and last time I use Goldcar. Had to wait 1,5 hours to get my car. When I told the seller I wanted to stick with my original booking he rolled his eyes like this was so stupid. There was several damages on the car they hadn't marked. During my 1,5 hours at their office two persons went mad and yelled loudly because of trouble with their bookings. And their fuel policy is completly ridiculous.
