“do not go with virgin media”

Avoid at all costs! I don't even know where to start, you do not get what's promised e.g. the phone and tablet bundle ( the tablet has still not arrived after months, when it should have arrived two weeks into the contract). I can not get any sense out of the custmor service team,who are extremely unhelpful, patronising and leary( at some points even saying, what do you wont me to do about it? I'm sorry I thought this was your job,if you got it right in the first place I wouldn't be calling! After being on hold over an hour they then had the cheek to hang up on me.On sereval occasions I have been told I would be called back by management to resolve the issue, and try to speak to someone who is at least slightly comitent..(this has never happened)!All they are bothered about is taking the money each month,with this attitude I am surprised they are still in business. The customer and customer satisfaction means nothing to them.I have tried to cancel the contract however, I will need to pay £600 up front,the second the contact has ended I will be else where! I recommend EE as they are much better!
