I have been having nightmare with them !!
After checking out lots of holiday company's we decided to book with lowcost holidays .com because they were the cheapest by approx £100
so we booked and Paid in full for a trip to Tenerife with my family on lowcos t holidays .com on the Wednesday night ! the next morning they sent me a Email asking for £185.00 more as the cost of the flight had increased from what they quoted on the web site !
I have tried complaining but they said
"I believe that’s down to our terms and conditions which you agreed to when you booked your holiday. From section 16.6 of the terms and conditions you agreed to when you made a booking:
If you do cancel, you must still pay any insurance premiums and administration charges, which arose before the cancellation, and any deposits paid for any pre-booked items or services.”
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Lowcost ( until the day after ) holidays"
They have also blocked me on FACEBOOK so i can't tell customers my story !
So I was left with no option but to pay the difference ! Lowcost holidays are a Spanish based company and obviously do not have follow British law of "WHAT WE QUOTE IS WHAT YOU PAY"
