Where do I start?
Although there's plenty of overtime, they prefer to keep everyone on around 20 hours (£100 a week- not much more than dole) and hire more people on part-time, which doesn't even make a dent in your bills or outgoings.
If you want a bit of pocket money or you're a student, this place is perfect(short-term). If you want a career, or a decent standard of living, look elsewhere
However, the managers are what will make or break your working here. Most are okay, others are just plain corporate robots giving you unreachable targets and enforcing impractical rules.
Unfortunately, I encountered one just like this and in addition, said manager was just plain rude, disrespectful and condescending.
Most staff (if not all) are totally friendly and this is one of the few good things about working there. Staff usually push each other along and provide moral support, but again it's the managers that are just the bane of your working day
You are worth more than this, so...
Happy job hunting :)
