“No support when seriously hacked and lost emails.”

I've been hacked several times in the last year and always change my email immediately to a harder version. My last was 20 total characters that included two capitals, four numbers, and two characters. This hack originated in Nigeria and asked all my friends/family for money. They used my email for the first email and when they responded, using my email but changed the provider to hotmail. I called both providers and Yahoo never answered any of the several numbers I found. Hotmail answered my email but wouldn't shut down the email address using my name. Not sure others are better but very disappointed in these two. I'm researching for a new provider now. All emails disappeared.
