Despite a written confirmation with rentalcars.com I was charged an extra 20 Euros as a "Logistics" charge on collection. I complained but was told no pay, no car. They wanted another 10 Euros for breakdown cover which was shown included on my rentalcars.com paperwork but I refused it. They are on an industrial estate, not at Mahon airport as I was told. TERRIBLE COMPANY - AVOID THEM
