“they really have no brains”

They really have no brains or are brain dead, they treat customers like they are idiots, have had 2 bad experiences with them, they do not deserve my custom and they certainly do not deserve my hard earned money.

Their loss and its possible that the management have no knowledge of customer service ... what customer service I hear you say .. you are right there is no customer service
