“Slow Disptach and Refund Issues”

I ordered the same wedding shoe in 3 different sizes from rainbow to try on 6th April 2014. My credit card was debited immediately and I recieved 2 pairs of shoes within a week. The last pair were not going to be available until 5th May (or so I was told). After the 5th May and still no shoes I called to chase them, they told me they would arrive within the next week. Waited another week, still no shoes, chased them again - Rainbow didnt have them on back order, shoes didn't arrive then until the beginning of June. I kept one size and returned the other 2 pairs (after being charged interest on my credit card due to the dispatch of the 3rd size taking so long. Girls of Elegance refused to waive the return postage as a gesture of good will which cost almost £10 to send them back). I received an email on the 6th April that my refund was being processed. By the 18th still no refund, chased them and was told it would be processed by 24th June and then to allow another 5 days for it to appear on your account. I called again on the 2nd July - apparently it was now too late to refund the £138 to my card as 60 days had past since my order date (were they ever going to tell me!? They had to bank transfer it to me - said it would take a week). Told them I wanted it by the end of the week otherwise I would go to my credit card company for the refund. I was then told that I would have it shortly. Refund was finally made 3rd July to my back account - a month to process this is ridiculous.

Would not recommend this company to anyone to use, service is awful - be warned!
