“Review of hosting setup, domain registration and support”

I've recently purchased a new domain and hosting package with eUKhost.com and I have to say the level of support has been fantastic.

Since setting up the service I ran into a couple of issues (not eUKhost's fault) but getting these resolved was very easy due to the responsiveness of the eUKhost support teams.

The first issue was down to the nameservers not propagating correctly after a switch in primary domains but after opening a support ticket this was resolved the same day.

The next issue was a little trickier as I wanted to run both a WordPress and Ghost blog installation on the domain. The fact that eUKhost's shared servers support Ghost (and more importantly Node.js) was an automatic win for me as a lot of shared server providers still do not support this. In my situation due to wanting both installations working side-by-side, I needed custom port redirects for certain subdomains setting up. Again the eUKhost support team responded quickly to the request and managed to get everything setup perfectly. (Special thanks to Enrique in the support team for sorting this one out)

All in all couldn't be more happier with the level of support I've received so far and will likely use them again for my web hosting needs going forward.
