The delivery service that is used is the cheap option. All day delivery Monday to Friday which is no good if you work full time. The cost of the bikes are similar to other stores/shops but there is limited choice. For instance you may want to buy the last year model to save some money but the option is not there even though other stores do sell them. Given a choice I would never use these people again but due to having your hands tied by the insurance company there is nothing you can do.
