“Drivalia Palma Car Hire - Great Service”

Booked our car back in January having never used Drivalia previously. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Minimal waiting time for the shuttle bus to the car collection depot. On way to depot the shuttle bus driver provided excellent clear instruction on the route to return the car.

Reception process was speedy and reception staff were courteous and helpful.

Our car was a group DD (Fiat 500L). The car was spotlessly clean inside and out and had done less than 4000km. The return empty fuel policy was clearly explained to us.

The return of the vehicle was equally effortless with a quick check of the car prior to boarding the shuttle bus. Again the driver was courteous and helpful and assisted with our bags.

Overall a first class service that I would gladly use again.
