I recently ordered a dress at asos for my housewarming party and since I ordered it 2 weeks before the event, i opted to get the free shipping thing. Its not the first time i ordered to asos but i always paid the 2-day shipping and i didnt have any problem with the delivery etc. like i always do i made sure to check everything before finalizing my order so im sure i gave them ghe right address ..but to my dismay asos sent it to the wrong address-to my previous one. I called the place where i used to live more than once and on those instances they assured me they didnt receive anything under my name. So i emailed asos about it, after few days of no response from them i emailed again, now its been more than 2 weeks and after few emails still NOTHING from them!! No response at all. I got confirmation they got my email but i didnt get anything from them to address my concern. Terrible customer service. Actually i ordered a lot online eg macys, lulus, nordstrom and i can honestly say ASOS has the worst customer service!! I feel bad because i really like their products but with how they treat you, i wont consider purchasing products from them ever again! I will never recommend ASOS to anyone!!
