“Bad Mews”

The Sharm Inn Amarein is dire, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Overall very dirty, communal areas had cigarette packets thrown on the paths, stairs dirty, restaurant furniture, floors, mirrors unpolished. Old towels & old bed linen. As for the service: (let me put the facts forward as an all inclusive guest) fresh juices at any time of the day are chargeable, wine other than at meal times is chargeable & often unavailable: no cocktails whatsoever. Bar shuts 23:00hrs. There is nothing at all to eat between meals. No snacks! . The staff appear to be doing their best. The food is basic. This hotel seriously needs some stars taken away!
