“poor customer service and payments back”

I had to cancel my car insurance and was supposed to get 173 pounds back. Despite emails (it's not possible to call GA after 35 days of having their policy) confirming that the money is going to be paid back I've not received it yet. It's nearly 2 weeks since the cancellation...
