“So far so good”

I've only just swapped from the old fossil fuel company and haven't experienced any of the customer service issues that others have talked about in their review. Initially they were going to set my DD rate at the 'national average' and I complained by email, pointing out that my previous company had ranked my household alongside the most efficient. They responded immediately and changed the DD to the same rate I was paying before. They were able to deal with the readings from the meters in the form of snapshots which I sent by email and generally appeared to be human beings doing a good job.
