Ok where do I start........so I booked a city break to Amsterdam on lowcost holidays website at a price I was happy with, it all seemed fine. Until I received an email saying that our flights didn't process and to give them a call. I did straight away, customer service are like programmed robots on the phone that you cannot understand! So they tell me my flights have gone up even though I booked them at a certain price, they went up by 80euro. It might not seem like alot but that's not the point. I tell him on the phone to go ahead and book them,he did and I got aerlingus email with all the details. I'm happy enough flights are sorted as hotel is already booked and paid for at this point. A few days later the payment hasn't come out of my account so I ring them lik e five times in one day,they are useless on phone. Keep telling me everything is fine,it's all booked at their end. I ring the bank to see if payment is pending,it's not. I ring lowcostholidays back,then they say flight is cancelled. We lost out on flights, they went up by 110euro. They refused us a refund on hotel so we were forced to buy dearer flights.
Customer service can't do their job,they all tell you different things. Impossible to speak to a manager!!!
