“Can't fault them”

Recently bought tickets from ticketola and the royal mail lost them in transit. Ticketola sourced a replacement ticket and made sure it got to me in time for the concert. They were very helpful on the phone and easy to contact.
They should maybe think about the sender notifying you when the ticket has been posted so that you are not waiting until the last minute to act.
