“Fast, Easy, Good Price”

The team speaks (besides spanish, of course) fluent and clear english and german, which made it very easy and convenient to discuss details of the contract and any kind of additional help i needed.
The airport transfer is fast and easy, the team is friendly and the price is (as much as i compared, and i compared quite a lot) really the best out of about 25 offers i compared.
In the end, i had missed to bring back the car in time and needed it 3 additional days. They knew i had no chance to bring it back in time, and i thought "oh ****, now they probably rip u off and take advantage of your need and charge u double the price"
they didnt! they were VERY friendly and cooperative and called me back, after automatically having calculated the best available price and even automatically continued my premium-insurance for the last three days without any additional fees (i had booked the car for one month)
So, i must really say: i am very satisfied with the service!
