POOR service, haven't sent money
Company state they process payment within two days, they did not. In T&C it says they send payment same day as receiving phone, they do not!
So I have sent two phones to this company this week, neither of which have I been paid for yet. One order says payment sent, yet two days later it's not in my account, the other order they have had for three days and haven't sent payment.
I have phoned them and told that payment had been sent, which it clearly wasn't.
I have emailed them twice but no reply!
My advice, use another company, they appear to me to be deliberately holding back payments, I know they offer a few pounds more than other companies but is it worth it?
