“Sofa works formerly CSL”

Appalling after sales - delivered all the parts of our order damaged and refused to replace in its entirety and just offered part replacement for a suede fabric sofa - waited 14 weeks for delivery after a mix up with the stock - they had part of the order in but lot all of it, which they told us it was all I stock at point of sale, but it wasn't but they continued to inform us delivery would be within 10 days so we sold our old sofas and then we're told there was a mistake the day before the original expected delivery date, and was left without a sofa for 13 weeks, then they were all delivered damaged, we paid cash for them in the beginning of April and received them at the end of June! They were quick to call back on delivery day to agree to send an upholsterer to check the sofa assuring us they would rectify the issue - the upholsterer came out quickly (the same week) and that is where the professionalism ended - they then offered us a new arm and seat for one manual recliner sofa, a new seat for another electric recline sofa and a new back for the electric recline chair - after questioning them about their argument at the point where there was a stock mix up and we asked them to deliver what they had of our order so we had something to sit on, they refused claiming they couldn't send out sofas made at different times due to a probable shade difference in the fabric, but now all of the sofas have arrived damaged - they're offering part replacement of the sofas which are less than two weeks old, stating thatythere won't be a shade difference in the parts - so who is lying? Because someone must be somewhere as both statements cannot be right - they are now blaming us for accepting the delivery on the day - which we wasn't until the manager called us staying there would be no issue resolving the matter and assured us that if ye upholsterer could not get the marks off they would be replaced, only then did we sign the paper work with the delivery men signing to say they were damaged for us first, they are not refusing to replace them, and I asked them to take them back then and refund us or hard earned cash that we paid when we bought them in April in full to not receive them until 30th June - they refused this option also so our choice is keep a suede sofa with marks and glue spots all over it - or take the parts and hope they match and if not then we put up with that also!!
