PHONE LINES ALWAYS ENGAGED,UNHELPFUL STAFF ,RECEIVED NO POLICY TO TRAVEL WITH AFTER PROMISES IT HAD BEEN POSTED I WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT SECOND CLASS MAIL TAKES 10 DAYS FOR ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER ,WHAT A LOT OF ROT WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WOULD WARN OTHER PEOPLE AGAINST USING THEM
