Did my disabled son out of his cash back and the insurance company they are linked with failed to respond to his broken phone claim.
I sent 20 plus emails not one response but they did keep bombarding his email with new phone offers.
We have the email promising the cash back but two months on not a sign. Have to say one of the most dishonourable companies I have ever dealt with.
If they can Rip off a disabled person no morals.
I have been told I can sue but rather just tell as many people as possible what a dreadful company they are.
Plenty of decent phone suppliers out there.
