A bit expensive there are cheaper hosting solutions out there. Couldn't believe they were going to charge me a late fee.? I thought was only the inland revenue that could do this. I was cancelling anyway just forgot to let them and probably even if I was going to stay with them would have moved because of this. Upgraded there php which took my site off line a few months ago. Thought it might have been nice for them to send me a fix BEFORE they did this. I accept this was probably my problem. Otherwise they were ok.
