“Excellent from start to finish! thanks fowlers!”

Having read the reviews on this site i was obviously sceptical about applying to fowlers. How wrong could i be, it seems people like to write negative reviews but you don't see the positive reviews?
well, having had issues with my credit i decided to give fowlers a go! Didn't think i would be accepted so was shocked and excited when Mark at Stoke called to say he could help get me back on my feet. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding and discussed in detail the process making me feel at ease and comfortable. I was given options of cars in my price range and he sent me pictures to help my decision.
once i had chose my car and spoken to the finance company i went to stoke site to collect my car. The lady was wonderful and talked me through everything,again making the whole process totally stress free. I want to say to people reading these reviews, make your own mind up, tall to the staff they are lovely, even had a call from customer services to make sure everything was ok before my collection. They do care and i want to say thanks fowlers!
