“Good service, debt management plan DFH”

Great service although it can be frustrating to find out you have another year on your plan after you have been told its only going to take 1 year to get debt free! Other then that, always on hand for advice and always very helpful and understanding! The staff are always polite and willing to chase up companies when you have questions, always making sure they get back to you! We are so pleased to be debt free and i think it would have been far more stressful withouth DFH's help!! I think in future it would be nice to know that new customers are getting through to the customer service team as they seem far more honest and genuinely more interested in getting you debt free then getting you to sign on, where as at the moment you are given a bit of a 'hard sell' by your debt consultant initially. All in all i am pleased with the outcome, and we have certainly learnt a lesson!!
