“Very Smooth Experience”

I hired a large mobile home (6 berth) to go to France for a week.

The process of booking, payment and documentation was very well managed with emails sent at each key stage. We picked the vehicle up from Southall near the M25 - very convenient for route to Dover. The van was nearly new and well-equipped. We had a couple of minor snags while abroad as a result of being novice motor home users, but the help-line responded well even late in the evening. The van was checked out and back in efficiently. I had the feeling of a well-run organisation.
