“Dipping machine not working!!!!”

I am incredibly angry with this company. I called at 13.30 on the day my delivery was meant to have gone to my husband between 9am and 6pm, as there seemed to be no movement on the tracking system or evidence that my order was even processed. I ordered him 12 dipped chocolate strawberries for our anniversary. I was told that at 13.00 hours they got a message saying the dipping machine is not working and that they cannot deliver today.

iflorist did NOT contact me to let me know I was only informed of this when I rang them to chance my order. I have since asked for my money back and am now not able to send my husband anything for our anniversary today as a surprise which I am so upset about and now in tears as it is now too late!!!!

I will NEVER use this company again no matter how lovely the chocolates looked on line and will definitely NOT recommend them.

I will say that at least the poor boy that got the force of my annoyance remained lovely and polite. In 2014 to be so slack and unprofessional, when there is so much competition in the market is unacceptable.
