“Use a different courier and read emails thoroughly”

So my item was meant to be delivered to me last friday but didn't arrive, got in touch with CC on the monday apparently the courier company DX had trouble locating me so I had to call them

Called them they had the wrong post code but I couldn't update my address with them (can't update your address with courier company???????) so had to get CC to get in touch with them to change it.

Wrote email to CC saying can you give them this address with this note (how to get into my block of flats) and for wednesday and please could you let me know this is done.

Never heard back emailed to see what was happening received reply saying its all done and my order would be delivered for Tuesday, I said wednesday!!!!

So I then have to ring DX to cancel that and reschedule for wednesday and was given a brilliant (sarcasm) 9-5 delivery window.

took the day off work and waited in all day......it never came!!!!!! Rang DX and the lady had cancelled it for Tuesday and rebooked it for Tuesday???!!!!!!!! So it is now wednesday i was given a slightly better (though not much) window of 9-12 its 11.30 and its still not here..... fingers crossed.

Bought from CC as it was the cheapest I could find the product but with the time I have had to take off work it has worked out a lot more expensive.
