“Terrible Customer Care”

Stayed at The Lomeniz Hotel, Rhodes Town with Olympic Holidays. DISGUSTING FOOD!! Had an evening meal there, the same evening requested a move it was so bad. Breakfast the following morning was inedible. Slop bucket provided on a trolley for guests to scrape their left-overs - lovely! By mid-afternoon we were out of the hotel and moved to the Belvedere. Didn't object to paying for upgrade from 3 to 4 star. However, when our rep told us that during health and safety checks he had not been able to check the restaurant because it was closed I was furious that we had to pay a 30 Euro admin fee plus our taxi transfer to move. Didn't let this spoil our holiday so took the matter up with Olympic when we arrived home. They are saying that they have not received any other complaints and they will not be budging on my request for a refund of admin fee and taxi transfers. First time I have ever travelled with Olympic. Never again, their customer service is dreadful, take it or leave it attitude - thank you very much Olympic but our whole party of 6 will leave it! None of us will be booking with you again and will stick to what we know - Thomson, Monarch, Cosmos and First Choice - all of a much higher standard. (We travelled at the end of May only just posting comment now because I had taken up the matter with Olympic Holidays and felt it appropriate not to comment until I have given them the chance to compensate)
