“Didn't deal with my complaint”

I booked a villa through booking.com and whist the villa was lovely when we arrived the advert was very misleading. It stated that the villa had ' satellite TV' and we expected a decent amount of English channels as we booked through booking.com's English website but we where wrong. The satellite TV was in German. When I tried to complain to booking.com they refused to deal with my complaint and fobbed me off completely. From the first email to the last I had 6 different customer service representatives email me. When I asked for an address to send a complaint letter they refused saying they 'don't deal with letters by post and only deal with emails'. The advert was very misleading but booking.com just blamed the villas company and refused to take any responsibility even though my first contact was with booking.com and I booked it with them. I will NEVER used booking.com again.
