I sent my working Samsung Galaxy S3 here,as my screen was cracked. Initial payment was £69.99-very reasonable I thought, I should have known better! One week later, they rang me to ask if I'd like the back cover replacing (for an extra £20) I said yes. Another week past. I got an email saying my phone would be delayed, as they were waiting for parts. I had now waited 3 weeks and was getting worried.
3 days later, I got another email, saying the LED was broken and they needed another £139.99 in payment -which due to my long wait could be reduced to £129.99 (very generous). I refused and asked for a refund and my phone returned.
I received my phone yesterday, in a far worse condition than it went. The screen is still broken and there are large broken areas on the LED. Half of the screen is covered in a thick sticky residue.
Furthermore the phone was returned without the battery and having just received the battery, (in the post today) I am appalled to say, thst due to the damage to the LED, the phone no longer works.
Despite frequent emails to this company, I have still not received a refund.
The service offered is absolutely appalling. I would have been better jumping up and down on my phone.
