Good Points
Unit looks nice.

Bad Points
Ice dispenser broke within three years. Fan broke within five years. Repair man also had to replace some type of solenoid in the freezer because it was freezing up - TWICE - costing $300.00. Vegetable bin parts broke within two years.

General Comments
After my experience owning a GE appliance, I will NEVER purchase another GE product. A refrigerator, for the price, should give you at least ten years of service without any major problems - and five with no problems. The repair man told us that the GE refrigerators have a history of ice dispenser problems, but the company has made no move to correct this problem. We never got our GE GSS25JFMC CC fixed, because even though our unit is only six years old we are planning to purchase a different brand this week, as we are tired of constantly keeping this one running.
