“Waste of time & money”

I have been a member of Benenden for seven years, I've asked for assistance three times for myself and once for my wife whom I added as a family member.
On all four occasions I have been fobbed off with one excuse or another and I have had to return to my doctor.
I have learnt the hard way paying for a service that is described as a not for profit organisation however they have made a tidy profit out of me.
Please learn from my experience and don't throw your money away on this non existent healthcare.
