“Dodgy Merchants Steer Clear of them”

I chose Igadgets because I was impressed with what I thought was a genuine website focussed on customer service.
7/6/14 Was offered £75.60 for my S2 phone
12/6/2014 received envelope
13/6/2014 posted envelope
13/6/2014 received a reminder to post phone
27/6/2014 Received an offer of £13

They claim they sent me an email on 16//6/2014 explaining why they had offered this .NO EMAIL WAS RECEIVED.
They refused to send me my phone back because they said I had not complied with terms and conditions . THEY HAD NOT DONE THIS BY FAILING TO SEND THAT EMAIL. It seems that hundreds of people are in the same boat. Just wish that I had read the blogs before I dealt with them . Liars and dodgy merchants .DONT TRADE with them.
