Had to return a day old kettle, leaking, called first to see if they had another, yes I was told, drove all the way back, about 10 miles, only to be told none in stock. looked on display and there was one, not showing on computer? Had it, but at any time did anyone say SORRY. Tried to email currys and dixons addresses on receipt, both sent back as unable to deliver, another good customer service.
