“Nice soft water everyday”

Excellent installation by Harvey Water plumbing engineers; polite and helpful and placed the box where we wanted it even though it was a bit more effort; no problems at all after the installation; water soft in the house within 1 week and no further scale in the kettle at all; really pleased with the whole process, not pushy at all with the initial assessment and ability to rent the unit for 3 months with an option to get it all removed free of charge after 3 months if I was unhappy made the decision so much easier to proceed; wish I had done this years ago.
