I have been with cis around 8-10 years and had 3 claims 1 which i had to fight for with their piddling offer.i have noticed in recent times that the call centre staff are rude and totally arrogant and they constantly lie about previous conversations,i ask for a transcript on one occasion and they said they would send but didn't,needless to say i will see what my next quote is and probably change companies even if it costs a bit more just for peace of mind,these call centre staff need educating in customer services and need to think more who pays their wages.. I would defiantly not recommend this company to any of my friends or acquaintances.
. Cis management need to get a grip on this company before the share prices plummet again. Useless bunch.
