“Disgrace”

I havent even gone on holiday with these yet and im already fuming, booked the holiday at what seemed a good price then tried to book baggage and allocated seats, tried charging double the price the airline were charging. Eventually argued ot out and it cost me £10 more than should have... After loads of hassle so for £10 i couldnt be bothered to argue.. Then was told we would recieve all details within hours... 72 hours later still not recieved to now being told we dont need boarding passes just to use the itinerary???? Haha absolute joke of a company and its run by people that shouldnt even be in the countryyy!!!! Enough said!!
