i have bought tickets for TITP this year and have paid over the top for the tickets due to the added costs of delivery etc. This becomes farcical when now 3 days before the event the tickets have not come and i have to meet a guy at the venue who will give me the tickets. I think not. with the horrible customer service and the absolute lack of information given by those who work there this website is an absolute joke. wouldn't recommend even as a final resort. STAY WELL AWAY.
