Something I sold went missing.
I presented my proof of postage certificate along with the value of the item and a statement from the recipient saying he had not received the item.
Royal Mail wrote to the recipient to ask if he received the item.
The letter was returned because the recipient was away. Case immediately closed with zero compensation!
They just can't be bothered. I realise some 'customers' are bad, but now it seems Royal Mail are in on it too.
