I had to ring the staff at Fleetway three times once, when the office was officially closed and each time I had a very helpful member of staff who went out of their way to make sure that the information they provided was accurate, and very useful. Transfers were the main issue as our hotel was out of the centre of Barcelona and we had to use the metro. There was also a query over the boarding passes with Ryanair and they researched this and came back to me to put my mind at rest.
Communication by e-mail was excellent.
