Transfers a failure fleetwood should make sure transfers for its clients are secure before holiday makers leave as mine was not nobody to meet and greet waited 2 hours then phoned hotel to be told only 2 of you so get a cab . It was very hot and we wasted 2 hour of our time . Long wait then for taxi driver to be paid then to check in . Would have been nice to receive at least a cool drink at reception, and an apology. Hotel fine , pool could do with a thorough clean, staff very laid back which meant sometimes you was waiting quite a long time for service.
