“Poor Customer Service”

I hired a chevy spark as it was the cheapest car and I was on a budget, did the booking online to save time went to pick the car up with both parts of my driving licence only to find out that I needed another form of proof of address as I was paying by debit card which was not stated in the e-mail conformation when I said I can go to the cash machine to get the money they then said they cant accpect cash, I eventually managed to get the 2nd proof of address, then when we looked round the car it was done in a dark multi story car park so it was difficult to spot everything on return of the car they found a chip on the windscreen which they then proceeded to take £700 straight from my debit card lukily for me I had been paid a few days earlier, the enterprise employee did however say I would be getting a refund minus the cost of the repair to the windscreen which would take 3 to 5 days to clear into my account when they had recived the invoice from the repairers, which I had to keep pestering them about and when they eventually decided that they were going to repair rather than replace the windscreen I waited the stated 5 days and guess what money in my account, I went back into the branch and the branch manager then proceeded to phone the head office up but he couldn't get through so he said he would try again later and would phone me when he's got through which he didn't I had to phone him. eventually head office said they will refund me at their cost as they still hadn't got the invoice but they then turned round to say it will take 10 working days to clear now which in my mind jus isn't good enough, the branch aren't willing to jus debit my card with the money despite me explaining to them that I am now heavily into my overdraft and still have two more weeks till I get paid they just were not interested and said that they were unable to do that so I now have to wait 10 working days for the refund which will be to late. entrerprise jus have no consideration for peoples curcamstances all there interested in is their bank balance I for one will definatley not be using them again
