“Half the price 3 times the hassle”

Having used the service to delivery an ebay item I was advised a week after posting by the purchaser he had not received the item. I checked on the system and the item was at a Hermes depot. After over a week of trying the parcel still shows at the depot and all they do is ask for different information daily. This is a delaying tactic. Send your parcels with these people at your peril. No phone, poor live support and he'll would freeze over before they get it right.
