“It's taking too much time!!”

The online store that i ordered from re using DHL for express shipping, It has now taken 21 days, I dont call that Express.
It's an ordinary sized package, not big, not heawy, and there are no extra taxes to be payed. I wonder why they use one week in each of the shipment facilities it has been through.
